Hi! I’m Michael Roth, Executive Manager of Parkway Infiniti. I've been in the automotive business for over 26 years and have been associated with the Parkway family since 1997. In that time, we’ve seen the whole Santa Clarita Valley grow exponentially. It’s really been amazing, and Parkway has been so proud to provide quality vehicles every step of the way. Our Valencia, CA, Infiniti store is a huge part of that mission.

As a manufacturer, Infiniti has a reputation for creating some of the most well-built, well-designed, and well-equipped luxury cars on the market. All over the world, these cars win awards, lead market trends, and make drivers very happy. But at Parkway Infiniti, we do more than just sell great cars. We build great relationships.

I run the store with a very simple philosophy: treat each customer as though they were a guest in your home. This is how we approach every aspect of customer service. Whether you’ve been driving Infiniti for years or are just looking for the first time, whether you stop by for sales, service, or parts—you know that when you come to Parkway Infiniti, you’ll be treated right.

This ideology of sincere customer service has helped us build and keep very strong ties throughout the community. The people we do business with are the same people we run into at the supermarket, local restaurants and little league practice. In fact, our relationships with customers and neighbors are so strong that Parkway Infiniti is able to exist on predominantly repeat and referral business. I think that’s something to be proud of.

During my 26 years in the automotive business, the industry has seen some dramatic changes, but for me and Parkway Infiniti, there is one thing that will always remain constant: Treat your customers the way you would like to be treated if you were sitting on the other side of the desk. .
